Since 1994 Paulette A. Nuetzel, owner of Mill Stream Farms, has been breeding registered, old-blood Tennessee Walking Horses for the pleasure of horse lovers throughout the country.  Paulette has served as Director, representing the State of Minnesota, for the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders' & Exhibitors' Association for seven years, which is the official registration for Tennessee Walking Horses.

Paulette has also written numerous published articles on the art of saddle fitting and was featured in the book, "Walking With Friends" by Maggie Moore.
